Always remember your Flames Pass to ensure your acceptance into the Dining Hall and other participating locations.
Your Flames Pass is intended for your own individual use, as per the Card Services policy found at www.liberty.edu/onecard. You are not permitted to loan your Flames Pass to, or use the Flames Pass to swipe in, any individual for dining purchases other than yourself. If you wish to purchase a meal for a guest, you may use Flames Cash, cash, or credit.
If your Flames Pass is lost or stolen please see the Liberty Card Services office located at Green Hall.
We take the health and satisfaction of your student very seriously. If your student has allergies or special dietary needs, please contact our Registered Dietitian, Robin Quay, at firstname.lastname@example.org, or (434) 592-6116. She is available for one-on-one consultations Mon-Wed., and there is always a Chef Manager on duty at the dining hall to prepare a special meal if necessary.
We recognize that a full meal plan may not always make sense for you or your visitors. Liberty Dining Services is here to accommodate you anytime you or your guests are on campus.
Students may add meal plan points to their Liberty ID card to purchase food and sundries from the campus retail venues. Meal plan points are purchased in increments of $25, and expire at the end of the academic year.

Plans can be purchased at any time and expire graduation day of each year. Add meal points in any increment of $25, and enjoy hassle-free dining on campus at any of our fabulous retail venues.
