Hill City Bistro
Located off the main lobby on the Annex first floor, Hill City Bistro offers the variety and convenience of a dining hall in a more intimate and warm setting. The friendly staff and welcoming decor make it just a bit more like home than our larger residential dining facility. Because of its size, HCB is able to offer some pretty cool perks, like Sunday Sundaes, a build-you-own ice cream sundae bar, and nightly live-action stiry-fry/fajita bars. For the convenience of Annex residents, Hill City Bistro accepts meal swipes, points, Flames Cash, cash and credit.
Crave
Crave is a convenient late-night snack option, where students can grab a cup of coffee with a friend, or a hot snack during a study break. Offering many popular finger-food favorites, as well as Simply To Go salads and sandwiches, Crave has everything Annex students need to stay fueled in the evening.
